Parada Ibiraçu was founded in 1986 with the proposal to offer fast and tasty snacks to drivers and tourists who travel the BR-101, having as our specialty the unbeatable double: pastry and sugar cane juice. In the midst of that daily rush, you can have your moment to savor the delicacies of the Parada Ibiraçu in a cozy, welcoming and cordial environment that reminds you of the good times! It was that time when you could sit at a table and enjoy a good traditional snack, spending great moments with your family.

A NEW ERA OF OUR STORY.
Since many people had the opportunity to get to know the Parada Ibiraçu and approved of the environment its products and services, they decided to take this experience to other cities, which inevitably led us to create our franchise system in order to make partnerships and, in view of all this, currently our brand and our products can already be found in several cities in Espirito santo and now begins to enter a process of expansion by other states of Brazil ( we are already in Itamarajú-Bahia).
Parada Ibiraçu was the first fast food company in Espirito Santo to join ABF ( Brazilian Franchising Association) .It has been more than 30 years offering our customers the best and most traditional pastry in the state, besides many other tasty products of recognized quality and approved by all.

Parada Ibiraçu’s franchise system offers a complete package of product and services that are necessary for franchisees to work efficiently and profitably, such as frequent technical visits by our field consultants, providing guidance for an increasingly better performance. The franchisor offers other support services such as a constant training, logistic system, marketing and advertising, and a comprehensive support in the operational and managerial aspects to the franchisees.
Parada Ibiraçu’s products are produced In its own factory, with the latest generation equipment and state-of-art technology ,thus allowing uniformity of the same and we also have a turbo ultra freezer, which extremely quickly performs the freezing process while maintaining all the characteristics, flavor and texture of the products, always with a strict quality and hygiene control of the same and the services provided, which is extended to the entire organization.

We are always attentive to our customers’ desires, seeking to add novelties to our mix, such as the new and exclusive pastas: red (mild pepper), green pastas (onion and parsley), chocolate pastas (for sweet pastries) and whole wheat pastas. a complete line of sweet and savory fillings is available to our customers. we also provide the sugar cane for the sugar cane juice, already shaved and cut to size, it is organic and grown in our own plantations without the use of chemical fertilizers, which is a guarantee of health for our customers.
among the companies in our group, we have the Parada Ibiraçu/Sfalsin, which appears in the “Ranking Brazil” as the only snack bar in the country working non-stop with the doors open 24 hours a day, since 1969.
